In order for a broker to transact business with Beazley USA, we ask that the following items be provided:

• E&O certificate
• Producer profile
• Financial statements for previous three years

Our approval criteria are individually tailored to each broker’s unique situation. In the US, we will enter into a Broker Agreement with all approved brokers upon satisfaction of these criteria.
