exposures. All policies are underwritten by the Beazley syndicates
at Lloyd’s on a non-admitted basis.

In addition to standard coverage provided by typical Architects
& Engineers professional liability policies, the Beazley policy
offers the following key coverage features:
- Contractors' pollution liability extension
- ADA/FHA/OSHA regulatory actions reimbursement extension -
$25,000 per policy period
- Defendants' reimbursement extension – up to $400 per day per
subject to a maximum of $7,500 per claim
- Disciplinary proceedings reimbursement extension - $7,500 per
policy period
Broad definition of insured – includes insured's subsidiaries and
participation in joint ventures
- Automatic 60 day coverage for acquired entities
- Blanket waiver of subrogation provision for clients of the
insured as required by contract
- Automatic excess and difference in conditions coverage (DIC)
for separately insured projects
- Punitive damages extension – where insurable by law
We will pay these losses:
Subject to the terms and conditions of the actual policy, we
will pay claims for:
- damages awarded against the assured
- defense costs and expenses

Not all coverages or products described on
