Environmental risks are complex and difficult to underwrite. They frequently give rise to comparably complex claims. This kind of business that plays to the strengths at Beazley and we plan to develop a broad product range in both the admitted and non admitted market.

Our environmental liability team complements our capabilities in both property insurance and professional liability insurance for architect and engineers.  At present we are offering two products on a non admitted basis:

• Environmental & Professional Liability
• Environmental Liability Protection for environmental services firms

Not all coverages or products described on this website are available in all US jurisdictions. Some products are available on an admitted basis in some but not all US jurisdictions from Beazley’s US insurance company subsidiary, while other products and coverages may be available in the US only on a surplus lines basis through licensed surplus lines brokers doing business with Beazley’s Lloyd’s of London syndicates.
