Product features
The high value homeowners program includes the following
coverage features and extensions of coverage:
- “All Risk” coverage on dwelling and contents (including the
perils of windstorm and earthquake in selected states)
- Replacement cost coverage on dwelling and contents
- Water back up and limited mold
- Identity theft
- Business property
- Loss assessment
Insureds may select alternative deductibles and amounts of
insurance on other structures, contents and loss of use.
Excess flood coverage is available by endorsement or may be
purchased separately as a 'standalone' policy. Excess flood is only
available excess of the maximum limits available on building and
contents under a standard NFIP primary flood policy.
Limits available
- Up to US $10,000,000 TIV per risk for Non-CAT exposed
properties
- Up to US $5,400,000 TIV per Risk for CAT exposed
properties
- Up to US $10,000,000 TIV per Risk for CAT exposed properties in
Florida built 2002 or newer
- Excess flood limits up to $5,000,000 for any combination of
building and contents
