Beazley's success over more than 20 years has been primarily due to the quality of our people. It is our strategy to recruit top quality, experienced individuals. Over the last few years, we have grown significantly from 50 people in January 2002 to just over 800 in January 2012. We attract highly talented people due to our reputation as a growing, innovative and successful group. We maintain a flat organisational structure that is well adapted to our specialist approach to underwriting, enabling us to respond rapidly to changes in the market, the regulatory environment and the needs of our customers.
