We underwrite healthcare risks both at Lloyd's (primarily hospitals' professional liability) and locally in the United States (long term care and medical miscellaneous).  In the case of our hospital accounts, claims should be notified in the first instance to underwriters' counsel: please see the 'notice of claims' clause in your policy for contact details.
