The mission of Beazley SHE is to support Successful, High Potential, Empowered Women in Insurance. This means supporting women internally and externally within the industry and providing opportunities for personal and professional development. This network is open to everyone, regardless of gender, across the business. Global events have included panels with executive level women and men, hosting careers events and open discussions on the challenges women have faced and how they navigated their careers in the insurance industry. The network arranges group mentoring discussions with our external partners, hosts book club discussions and even golf academies.
