Beazley Neurodiversity supports the diverse minds and people in our company. Essentially, neurodiversity refers to the variety of different ways people think, learn or behave. The network is open to everyone at Beazley, whether you consider yourself 'neurodivergent' or more 'neurotypical' and we actively encourage everyone to get involved! This topic probably has an impact on you, whether you know it already or not.
