You’ve heard us talking about being Lloyd’s largest syndicate, the market leader on certain product lines, and having a fantastic culture, way of working, and range of benefits. Behind all of that is the Culture and People (HR) function.

We enable the business to perform as well as it does, through finding and hiring the top talent, upskilling and training on the right skills, rewarding and treating people in the best way possible, and allowing all of our employees to thrive. We are an organisation with ambitious plans, and the Culture & People function is at the heart of making those plans happen. Our mission statement focuses on “Attracting, engaging and developing a diverse, high performing workforce to enable Beazley to reach it’s strategic objectives”

On our Culture & People L3 HR Apprenticeship you will begin your 18-month programme in the operations team to give you the full breath and foundational understanding of C&P at Beazley, and will then have 2 more roles in other HR teams such as Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits, Talent Recruitment etc. These 2 roles will be customised to your individual skillset and business needs. By the end of the 18 months, you will have a rounded breadth of experience in 3 different areas of HR and be ready to move off programme into a full-time role in the Culture & People team, you may also decide to progress onto the Level 5 HR programme and enhance your CIPD qualification.
