The Cyber Risks Graduate Programme is a 24-month immersive learning experience designed to provide participants with the knowledge and experience needed for a successful career as a Cyber Underwriter at Beazley.
After 2 years spent across Beazley teams, you will embrace the Beazley culture with focus and determination on the job specific tasks. You will be keen to learn, adapt, innovative and professional; with drive to expand your knowledge and skills.
Members of the graduate programme will participate in three training rotations, beginning with Underwriting for a one-year period. The second year will consist of 2 6-month rotations within Claims & Cyber Services and Cyber Support.
Following the successful completion of the programme, graduates will have the opportunity to move into a full-time Cyber Risk Underwriter role.

Professional Development Information
Alongside the Beazley UK Early Careers Academy Development offering, you will also work on development and progression pathways specific to your chosen programme.
Grads will be supported to achieve their CII Diploma whilst on programme.
Grads will receive underwriting authority in year one and start underwriting, with real responsibility.
Grads will get a final placement role personalised to them and their development.
