Pippa joined the company in January 2012 as Head of Internal Communications and added Culture and Employee Engagement to her remit in 2016. Pippa was appointed Head of Talent Management in July 2018 and sits on the Beazley Executive committee. She has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry in addition to experience gained in the finance and third sectors.
