Before we can trade with a broker, we will need to enter into a terms of business agreement (TOBA), which will also serve to demonstrate the broker's compliance with the FSA’s regulations. Our approval process may involve completing a due diligence questionnaire and providing us with your financial statements. Each broker’s situation will be unique and our approval criteria are individually tailored.
