We are proud of the fact there are many different personalities working here. It's what makes us who we are, and the business what it is today. Beazley people think differently, anticipate problems and act decisively, bringing our clients the benefit of this foresight.
We offer a range of benefits to create a comprehensive total package. Our benefits include:
- Fitness Reimbursement: All employees are eligible to receive a contribution each calendar year towards a fitness membership or other wellness program of their choice.
- Medical Insurance: you will be eligible to take our medical cover.
- Sabbatical Leave: The chance to take a 12 week sabbatical when you have achieved ten years' service.
- Rewards & Recognition: We want Beazley to be a place people want to join and stay. We know our compensation package is part of that decision and that's why we consider not just your base salary, but offer a range of benefits and bonus structures where appropriate, to all employees.
We know the small things also matter and that's why, for example, we have fresh fruit available for everyone in every office.
Encouraging our people to reach their full potential is part of our commitment and we have a wide range of learning and development opportunities available to support employees at different career stages.
We have a global Emerging Talent Programme to support our people at the early career stages; a curriculum of tailored initiatives for our development technical specialists, and a range of management and leadership programmes for our managers and senior leaders.
As an additional way to build careers and learn new skills, we strongly encourage our people to get involved in projects outside their day-to-day roles and support strategic initiatives and other cross-team work.
Our recruitment policy has always been to hire better than yourself. We are constantly thinking ahead to develop capabilities and insights that go way beyond the here and now.
If there is a role you would like to apply for, firstly submit your CV/resume and cover note via this careers site. You will receive an email once this has been done to let you know we have received it.
If your CV/resume is a fit, our recruitment team will contact you to arrange an initial interview. These can vary based on your location, the role and your circumstances. Sometimes these may be over the phone, face to face (in one of our offices or a location that suits you) or even via video conference.
Following the initial meeting a second stage interview will typically be in person or via video conference. We have many offices around the world, so don't be alarmed if you are asked to meet via video, we use this a lot. Depending on the role, at this stage you may also be asked to take part in some assessments, give a presentation or meet people from across the business.
Throughout the recruitment process a member of our recruitment team will be available for you to contact and to keep you updated on progress. If you have any questions throughout your application, don't hesitate to contact them.
Beazley is committed to creating a culture of inclusion, wherever we have offices across the world. It is an integral part of our strategy for competing in the current and future marketplace.
We're committed to treating all our job applicants fairly and with respect, irrespective of their actual or assumed background, disability or any other protected characteristics.
We make reasonable adjustments to our selection processes for candidates who indicate that, owing to a disability, our arrangements might otherwise disadvantage them. If you have a disability, including dyslexia or other non-visible ones, which you believe may affect your performance in selection, please advise us in good time and we'll make reasonable adjustments to our processes for you.
