The cyber threat landscape has changed in the last decade. Businesses face not just the risks of data loss or theft, but also potential business interruption and cyber extortion. To help prepare for these threats, Beazley InfoSec policyholders may purchase an Incident Response and/or a Business Continuity Planning (BCP) onsite workshop as outlined in the chart below. Your organization may purchase the workshop at the time the policy is bound or at a later time during the policy period at your election.
Incident Response Workshop
A Beazley panel partner will lead an interactive educational seminar on data privacy and security. This session includes a tabletop exercise featuring a hypothetical data incident specific to your organization as a means of testing your organization’s IR process.
Enterprise-wide incident response team (e.g., CISO, IT, legal, risk, communications, HR, finance)
Recent threat trends, the evolving regulatory enforcement landscape, communication strategies, IR planning, tabletop exercise.
Business Continuity Planning Workshop
RSM, an advisory firm who partners with Beazley to provide forensic services and business continuity training, will lead a BCP workshop. This workshop guides your organization through a structured review of RSM’s 5-phase BCP methodology and provides an overview of template plans developed by RSM in collaboration with Beazley. Custom templates will be provided.
Individuals responsible for operational contingencies, such as IT support, business operations, crisis management, or other roles responding to disasters.
Program initiation and management, operations analysis, strategy determination, plan development, testing and training, associated templates.

When may I schedule a workshop?
You may schedule a workshop beginning with the inception of the policy period.
To schedule a workshop:
Submit a workshop request on beazleybreachsolutions.com by clicking on Workshops under the Services tab, or email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating which type of workshop you have purchased or would like to purchase. If you are unsure of which workshop to purchase, you may request a consultation with our team to help you decide. Some insureds prefer to work through their broker to schedule a workshop.
You will be contacted by BBR Services or by the provider to discuss which stakeholders should attend, start the scheduling process, and answer any questions you may have about the workshop.
Please note that our workshops are typically scheduled 90-120 days in advance in order to accommodate demand, to make travel arrangements, and to allow sufficient planning time for members of the policyholder’s team to attend.
What is the workshop payment process?
If you choose to purchase a workshop at the time that your policy is bound, payment will be made directly to Beazley. If you do not purchase a workshop at the time that your policy is bound, and instead wish to purchase a workshop at a later time during the policy period, you will pay the workshop fee directly to the workshop provider upon receipt of the provider’s invoice.
