    In addition to covering claims for discrimination, harassment and other standard employment allegations, the Beazley EPL policy offers the following key features:

    • Outside directors coverage
    • Civil fines assessed under the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)
    • Negligent hiring
    • Optional additional defense limit
    • Optional third party coverage

    • 70/30 settlement clause  

    We will pay these losses

    Subject to the terms and conditions of the actual policy we will pay claims for: 

    • Discrimination
    • Harassment - both sexual and non
    • Retaliation
    • Wrongful termination
    • Violation of the FMLA
    • Third party claims (if purchased)
    • Employment event
    • Invasion of privacy  

    Limits

    Up to US $15,000,000 or £10,000,000

    Target market

    All industries with up to 20,000 employees are considered: staffing firms without employee count limitation, appetite for 'hard to place' classes such as law firms, hospitality, high tech, healthcare, retail and transportation
