A midstream company experiences a fire and subsequent damage to their cryogenic gas plant during operations. The employees evacuate the area and the appropriate actions are taken to extinguish the fire. Due to the extent of the damage, operations are temporarily halted in order to carry out repairs to get the plant back operating as it did prior to the loss. Once we are notified of physical damage and business interruption claims we will work with our Insureds, their broker and the appointed loss adjusters to establish the chain of events, the extent of the covered loss and appoint the costs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
