Back in 1986 when we began, the US liability insurance market was in crisis. Things weren't looking good. Not the best time to start a business, you might think. But at Beazley we see every risk as an opportunity to do things differently.

When you join Beazley, you’ll start on a competitive salary of £33,000 for grads and £23-25,000 for apprentices. You’ll also be eligible for an annual bonus, salary increases on programme, and other remuneration incentives such as Beazley shares and savings plans.

Complete the online application form. It’s a simple process to provide us with your personal details. You may only apply to one programme in your application. We will then check your details against the eligibility criteria.
Complete two stages of assessment. Stage one covers behavioural, numerical, and verbal questions, whilst stage two is a digital interview. We’re looking at your determination, willingness to embrace our digital reality and creativity in problem solving. We’ll also give you a chance to practise first.
A virtual assessment centre. This is our chance to understand more about you, your skills and experience as well as for you to learn more about what it’s like to work at Beazley. Our programme sponsors will attend and you’ll be able to ask them more about the programme too.
If successful, we’ll extend an offer for you to join our Beazley Early Careers Programme! We’ll also set up in person ‘offer holder’ days, socials, and get to know you sessions, so that we can get to know each other even better ahead of your start with us.
