Our conduct risk officer role will sit at the heart of our consumer business. By putting yourself in the customers shoes you will drive our agenda to do the right things for our customers.

You will experience a wide range of commercial, regulatory and customer touchpoints and work with all our business lines and underwriting and claims teams and put yourself in the driving seat.

We are looking for experience in business management and customer service, however we have an exciting and robust training package in place as well as practical on the job experience. We can't wait to meet you!

Entry Criteria  

2:2 degree ideally business management & commercially orientated (although all degree types are welcome)

Some work experience in customer service or general work etiquette may be beneficial.
