Insolvency Optional Extension Period included: providing up to 72 months extended reporting in the event of a liquidation or reorganization proceeding
Limited exclusions and apportionment provision: limited exclusions apply, and these only apply to that part of the claim captured by the exclusion. No ‘Company vs Insured’, ‘Pollution’, or ‘Bodily Injury/Property Damage’ exclusions
Mitigation costs cover: Costs incurred when taking action to mitigate a potential covered matter
80% pre-determined defence costs allocation: for all claims other than securities and employment practices act claims
