Chantell Joubert

Chantell joined Beazley in 2021 as Head of Broker Relations for the East Region & Canada. In her role, Chantell is responsible for setting broker engagement strategies, as well as driving internal cross-class collaboration to deliver the best of Beazley to brokers and clients.

Prior to joining Beazley, Chantell served as a managing director within a major broker’s management consulting division where she advised and supported insurance companies with the development and execution of their growth and market penetration strategies.
