Le processus de gestion des sinistres peut être source d’angoisse et sembler long aux yeux de celui qui déclare un sinistre tout comme pour celui contre lequel un tiers se tourne pour être indemnisé, voire même devenir conflictuel. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous adoptons une approche personnalisée et par étapes.   

Nous savons que les entreprises, qu’elles soient grandes ou petites, sont dirigées par de « vraies personnes » qui traversent une période difficile. Nous faisons donc tout notre possible pour que nos clients bénéficient de la meilleure solution dans les meilleurs délais et qu’ils se sentent soutenus à chaque étape du processus, même si cela revient à remettre en question le statu quo et à explorer de nouvelles façons de procéder.
