  • Aggressive - Softer occupancies (hospitality; health services; retail)
  • Moderate - Harder occupancies (light manufacturing) 
  • No appetite - Technical occupancies (energy; semi-conductors; integrated steel; frame habitational)

 

Policy form

  • Admitted property with embedded boiler and machinery coverage
  • Broad scope with flexibility including 33 extensions of coverage

 

CAT coverage

  • <20% of TIV in a CAT area
  • Up to $5,000,000 CA quake
  • Up to $5,000,000 SFHA flood
  • Windstorm - No shoreline properties

 

Distribution

80% retail brokers/20% preferred wholesale brokers
