Target market

  • High value homes through US
  • Minimum coverage A between $250,000 and $500,000

 

Underwriting appetite

  • Hurricane exposed homes on Atlantic/Gulf
  • Secondary, seasonal, and rentals
  • Vacant, builders risk, and spec homes

 

Policy form

  • ISO HO-3, all risk contents, personal property replacement cost
  • Water back, golf cart, identity fraud, and ordinance or law limit cover by default
  • Optional extended replacement cost, scheduled person property, and more

 

Capacity

  • Up to US $10,000,000 TIV per risk for Non-CAT exposed properties
  • Up to US $5,400,000 TIV per risk for CAT exposed properties
  • Up to US $10,000,000 TIV per risk for CAT exposed properties in Florida built 2002 or newer
  • Excess flood limits up to $5,000,000 for any combination of building and contents
