In addition to covering claims for
discrimination, harassment and other standard employment
allegations, the Beazley EPL policy offers the following key

- Outside directors coverage
- Civil fines assessed under the Health
Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)
- Negligent hiring
- Optional additional defense limit

We will pay these losses
Subject to the terms and conditions of the
actual policy we will pay claims for:
- Discrimination
- Harassment – both sexual and non
- Retaliation
- Wrongful termination
- Violation of the FMLA
- Third party claims (if purchased)
