Our private company liability policy is a combined directors & officers and employment practices liability policy for privately held companies. We offer many benefits that are distinct to the marketplace.

We will pay these losses

Subject to the terms and conditions of the actual policy we will pay claims for:

 

  • Discrimination
  • Harassment – both sexual and non
  • Retaliation
  • Wrongful termination
  • Violation of the FMLA
  • Third party claims (if purchased)
  • Employment event
  • Invasion of privacy
