Clive Bannister was appointed a Non-Executive Director. He is Chair elect and will officially take up the role at Beazley’s AGM in April 2023. Clive has had a distinguished career in financial services having been CEO of Phoenix Group Plc and a long and successful tenure at HSBC Group where his roles included CEO of HSBC Private Banking and Group Managing Director of Insurance. He is also an experienced non-executive director and is currently the Chair of Rathbones Group plc and the Museum of London.
