John Reizenstein recently retired as CFO of Direct Line Insurance Group plc. He has extensive financial services experience across insurance, investment banking and markets with roles at UBS, Goldman Sachs, and Co-operative Financial Services. He is a Member of the Takeover Panel. He is also a Non-executive Director at Scottish Widows. John Reizenstein was appointed Chair of the Audit Committee in April 2019.
