Formuler une réclamation

Chez Beazley, nous nous engageons à traiter vos réclamations de manière transparente, efficace et dans les meilleurs délais, conformément aux recommandations de l’Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).

Qu’est-ce qu’une réclamation ?

Une réclamation est l’expression d’un mécontentement à l’égard de Beazley, de l’un de ses interlocuteurs ou services. Les demandes de renseignements, d’explications, de documents, ou les demandes d’indemnisation ne sont pas considérées comme des réclamations.

Comment formuler une réclamation ?

Vous pouvez soumettre votre réclamation par écrit, en utilisant l’un des moyens suivants :

Si vous exprimez votre mécontentement oralement (par téléphone ou en personne) et qu’une solution immédiate ne peut être apportée, nous vous inviterons à formaliser votre réclamation par écrit afin d’en assurer un traitement approprié.

Délais de traitement

• Accusé de réception : Nous accuserons réception de votre réclamation dans un délai de 10 jours ouvrables à compter de sa réception.
• Réponse : Une réponse motivée, claire et adaptée à votre situation vous sera apportée dans un délai maximum de 2 mois à compter de la réception de votre réclamation.

Si, exceptionnellement, ces délais ne peuvent être respectés, nous vous informerons des raisons du retard et du délai estimé pour la réponse.

Médiation

Si la réponse apportée ne vous satisfait pas ou si vous n’avez pas reçu de réponse dans les délais impartis, vous avez la possibilité de saisir gratuitement le médiateur compétent :
