Chantell Joubert

Chantell joined Beazley in 2021 as Head of Broker Relations for the East Region and Canada. In her role, Chantell is responsible for setting broker engagement strategies and driving internal cross-class collaboration to deliver the best of Beazley to brokers and clients.  

Prior to joining Beazley, Chantell served as a managing director within a major broker’s management consulting division, where she advised and supported insurance companies in developing and executing their growth and market penetration strategies.
