Rafael (Raf) is an acknowledged expert with over 20 years’ experience working in the fields of cyber-security, privacy and technology. He leads Beazley’s global cyber services team, BBR Services, with responsibility for co-ordinating and delivering Beazley’s suite of incident response and cyber risk services with a focus on giving clients the power, autonomy, knowledge and desire to proactively manage down their cyber exposure by investing in and building out their cyber resilience. Raf joined Beazley from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was an Assistant General Counsel and Director for its UK business. Prior to that, he held senior legal positions at Morgan Stanley in both London and Hong Kong and also had roles at Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong, the Office of the Attorney General in the Turks and Caicos Islands and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
