This coverage is offered to realtors/estate agents as an enhancement to their service. It provides financial support to the buyer in the event that a property sale breaks down due to an insured peril.

Property deductible buy-back

This is written on a mandatory basis to associations/groups as part of their benefit package to their members. It is a condition of cover that the primary carrier must have paid a valid claim prior to payment under our program.
