    Many insurance companies charge customers extra if they pay monthly but, with products purchased on myBeazley, where monthly payment is available there is no additional cost from Beazley.

    Mid-term adjustments

    myBeazley is designed to offer real time standard mid-term adjustments without the need to refer to an underwriter. Our underwriters are on hand should you require a bespoke adjustment.


    An important part of your client relationship is ensuring that their needs are well served when a policy is due for renewal. That is why the myBeazley system will alert you of upcoming renewals on annual policies and proactively provide all you need through the process, including statement of fact documentation.

    Branded documentation

    In addition to allowing brokers to produce all policy documents for their clients at the touch of a button, myBeazley also enables you to incorporate your own branding on a range of literature such as quotes and policy wording.

    Management information

    myBeazley is built on a wealth of data that allows us to provide brokers with information about their clients purchasing patterns, average limits and cover segmentation on request.

    The first product that we launched on myBeazley was professional indemnity. Multiple specialist products have since been added, all of which are accessible with a single log-on.

    Built in collaboration with brokers

    By adopting approaches normally associated with consumer websites, we created myBeazley in collaboration with brokers to help them provide excellent service to their clients.

    We started by asking a range of brokers about their needs at a high level. This input lies at the heart of myBeazley. For example, some brokers associated specialist insurance with long proposal forms. Armed with this feedback, our underwriters went about honing a small number of very relevant questions from which to generate a quote.

    The next stage was to build a prototype that these brokers could experiment with to help us create the final design.

    Then before officially launching the system, brokers were given access to provide a further level of refinement.

    However the story does not stop there. We continue to add new products and work closely with our broker partners to find ways of helping them enhance the service that they offer.
