Since we wrote our first Asia Pacific risk three decades ago we have developed a reputation for exceptional service delivery and expertise in underwriting what are often some of the hardest to place insurances that the market has to offer. As our reputation grew, in 2006 we opened our first office in Singapore which has now become the hub for Beazley's underwriting activities throughout Asia Pacific.
Service is at the heart of everything we do
The extensive experience of our underwriters, combined with the level of empowerment that they are given, ensures we can rapidly answer even the toughest coverage questions.
Applying our specialist expertise
Beazley underwriters are amongst the most respected in the market reflecting our expertise in solving even the most difficult, or unusual, of insurance needs. It should therefore come as no surprise that we are able to attract the most talented underwriters as we continue to grow our local team.
Forging enduring relationships with our broker partners
We know the importance of the trust and understanding that comes with being there for our clients through both the good and more difficult times. We are therefore proud of the long-term relationships that we have forged with our broker partners since we opened our Singapore office in 2006.
Elsewhere in the region, Beazley also has a significant presence in Australia. Since basing local underwriters there in 2008 we have grown substantially and now have offices in Brisbane and Sydney specialising in providing brokers with access to Beazley's expertise in accident, health and contingency products.
