Highlights so far:
Career-wise – taking ownership of far more in 6 months than I ever expected and really embracing the HR Coordinator role. Other than that, I really enjoyed forming a tight-knit group with the Early Career cohort, we recently took part in a music bingo organised by Beazley and had tonnes of fun!

What motivated you to apply to and accept a role at Beazley?
The idea rotating and being exposed to different parts of HR as well as the culture with being able to join different social networks like Beazley RACE and benefits such as travel that relieves some of the financial burden of coming into the office.

What development opportunities have you undertaken at Beazley?
We’ve had lots of really valuable workshops and networking events to attend both internally and externally. I am also undertaking my DipCII qualification that will help progress my professional development.

What motivated you to apply to and accept a role at Beazley?
It has always been my plan to work in the insurance industry and Beazley certainly has a renowned positive culture so that was a really big pull factor for me. Also the early careers programme is one that really does support each individual both personally and professionally and the hiring process was very smooth and one of the best I had experienced!
