Although the United States is certainly well-known for its litigious culture, it is not the only site of Employment Practices Liability claim activity in the world. Employers everywhere confront workplace claims and litigation, that are made more challenging when there are conflicting rules, regulations, norms and standards among the jurisdictions in which they operate. There are multiple solutions for underwriting and insuring these exposures, and we will dive into some of the nuances between them.
