For our LGBTQ+ employees and allies, Beazley's very first employee network was Beazley Proud, launched in 2017. The network aims to build an inclusive, collaborative and safe environment that supports respect and equality for everyone regardless of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. In addition to yearly Pride celebrations, Beazley Proud have focused on educating and raising awareness at Beazley with employees sharing articles on the use of pronouns, the importance of inclusive language, trans inclusion and on the important role that allies play for members of the LGBTQ+ community. Our Proud Network partners with MyGWork to support our LGBTQ+ colleagues and enhance our internal processes to ensure they are inclusive to all employees.
