On-boarding helps you understand how to get the most from your policy and how to work with BBR Services. At your request, a member of the BBR Services team will coordinate with you to schedule a 45 to 60 minute call with stakeholders within your organization.

Topics discussed include how BBR Services works with you in the event of a suspected or actual data breach and how and when to notify. There is also time on the call to cover any other general questions. We also provide an on-boarding video on our risk management portal that you should review before the call.

    Incident Response Plan (IRP) Review

At your request, BBR Services will review an existing IRP and provide feedback, based on our experience handling thousands of breaches, to make sure you get the benefits of your policy and are able to manage the breach as efficiently as possible. You also have access to template IRPs for various industries on our risk management portal.

    Information Security Incident Response Guide

Beazley, in partnership with Navigant, a leader in complex data management and forensics analysis, developed a joint Information Security Incident Response Guide aimed at providing a roadmap for companies to prepare for and manage the aftermath of a data security breach. The guide addresses the increasing need for effective risk management on the part of companies hoping to limit the damage caused by a data breach.

The Information Security Incident Response Guide addresses information security incidents such as malware intrusions, social engineering attacks, unauthorized network access, lost or stolen devices, and other kinds of data security incidents and breaches. The guide also provides in-depth case studies and best practices for preparation, risk assessment, and incident documentation, highlighting the varied components of an effective response.

It’s a valuable resource for any member of your incident response team. You can download the guide from
